Returns: We are a handmade made-to-order shop, so all items are custom made for you when you order, and we are not able to take back to items on return or exchange. I always encourage to message us if you have any doubt, we are happy to help.

All of our collars and harnesses are washable in the washing machine and dryer, we do recommend if your finished item comes with metal hardware that you place it in a pillow case or garment bag to protect your washer from the metal banging around inside. 

🐾 Cleaning instructions: machine wash and air dry. No iron needed.••Different colored plastic buckles do not come in 1 1/2” wide. Small and extra small items with colored buckles can have metal tri glides.

🐾 Biothane, hexa and Faux leather items can all be washed with soap and water and air dry.
