Size charts are included in the product photos. Please check carefully before ordering. If your dog’s neck measurement is at the upper end of a size range, we recommend sizing up. Need a different width or hardware option? Contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

- Fabric print placement may vary due to size/style of collar. Colors may appear slightly different on screens.
- Not all hardware (like colored plastic buckles) is available in all widths.
- Some small sizes may include metal tri-glides when colored buckles aren’t an option.

If you have a special request, it must be approved before ordering. Unapproved customizations may result in order cancellation. We also may need to cancel if:
- Your shipping address needs updating (Shopify requires this to be done by the buyer)
- Hardware choices don’t match available options for your size
- Customizations weren’t pre-discussed
